Welcome to TriCounty FS Propane
TriCounty FS is very
pleased to welcome you, as former Rull Bros. customers, along with the former
Rull Bros. Hardin staff to our cooperative.
You may know TriCounty (or FS) as a farm supply company, but we offer a
variety of products and services, including propane, to our customers in
Calhoun, Greene and Jersey Counties. Our
goal is to meet and/or exceed the level of propane service that you have
enjoyed in the past as customers of Rull Bros.
We offer many of the same programs that you’ve become accustomed to
including scheduled delivery, Budget Billing and forward contracting. Any contract or program you are currently
enrolled in with Rull Bros. for the 2021-22 heating season will be honored by TriCounty
FS.
Your July 31st
account balance (including any prepayments or credits) from Rull Bros. will be
transferred to TriCounty FS. You will
have multiple options to make a payment on your TriCounty FS account:
- Drop it off at
the former Rull Bros. office in Hardin (or any of our other facilities)
- Use the return
envelope provided in your monthly statement
During the first week of
September, you will receive your first TriCounty FS customer statement which
will reflect the balance transferred from Rull Bros., and any payments or
deliveries made during August.
